Personal pronouns

Ana, nta, nti, howa, hiya, 7na, ntouma, homa — in context.

  • Unreviewed: this lesson’s Darija and translations have not yet been checked by a native speaker.

In this lesson

  • Know the eight personal pronouns
  • Tell “nta” and “nti” apart
  • Make an adjective plural

Darija has two words for “you”: “nta” (man) and “nti” (woman). In the plural there’s just one: “ntouma”.

9
a k made deep in the throat (ق)
